What a lovely surprise visitor we had today in school! Father Godric, who is a Benedictine Monk came to see his old school with Father Saji. He chatted to staff and pupils and told us he was one of the first pupils at St. Matthews’s school around 70 years ago! He loved coming back to see how school has changed and he shared lots of his good memories of his school days and his teachers! It was lovely to meet him! ... See MoreSee Less

Another two great performances by the boys in the league tonight - where there remain unbeaten. A solid 3-0 victory in the first game with Joey braking the deadlock; a sweet strike into the bottom left hand corner by Pete and an incredible volley into the right hand corner by Jamie. The second game saw the boys win 6-0 with goals coming from Joey x2, Jamie x2, Johnny and Pete. A great team performance and I think the boys were glad to be back on the 3G.Again a special mention and thanks to Davey and David, who are so patient, fair and encouraging to the boys. We really do appreciate it. 👍⚽️ ... See MoreSee Less
